| 摘 要： | 如何促进西部少数民族经济发展是当前我国政府面临的重要课题。本文首先介绍了发达国家运用财税政策发展经济落后地区的成功经验 ,在此基础上 ,从我国国情出发 ,就运用财税政策促进西部少数民族经济发展问题提出了若干建议。

In the first this paper introduces some successful experiences that rich countries develop their poor region by fiscal and tax policy, then, from the situation of our country we bring up some suggestions about how to develop minority economy in the western part of China by fiscal and tax policy. |
