企业文化能力与企业核心能力的关系分析

摘    要:企业文化能力是企业在长期经营管理实践中形成的价值观及行为准则的作用力,它在推动企业发展、获取并保持企业持久竞争优势过程中,一方面起着统帅作用,另一方面又渗透进企业资源能力、制度能力、技术能力、组织能力、学习能力、创新能力等其他各种能力中,并影响着这些能力的形成及作用的发挥。因此,企业文化能力是构筑企业核心能力的基础。

Abstract:Cultural competence of corporation is a kind of applied force of the corporation's sense of value and rules of conducts which have formed during a long-time managing practices.During promoting the development of corporation and achieving competitive advantage,on the one hand,it plays a commanding part, on the other hand,it infiltrates into other competences of the corporation,including resources competence,system competence,technology competence,organization competence,studying competence,and innovation competence,and influences these competence forming and functioning.Therefore,cultural competence of a corporation is the basis of building the competence of the corporation.
