摘    要:工程科技拔尖创新人才培养是创新教育的一种新模式,结合太原理工大学工程科技创新实验班的人才培养目标与模式,培养过程中的主要保障及应处理好的几个关系展开论述,探索适合地方工科院校特点的工程科技拔尖创新人才培养模式。

Abstract:It is a new model of original education to cultivate top and creative talents in engineering science and technology.This paper looks at its goal and model,main insurance and relationships to be dealt with in the course of cultivating dreative talents by setting up experimental class in Taiyuan University of Technologyand to find out the training model which is suitable for local engineering and polytechnic universities.
