| Abstract: | It is a new model of original education to cultivate top and creative talents in engineering science and technology.This paper looks at its goal and model,main insurance and relationships to be dealt with in the course of cultivating dreative talents by setting up experimental class in Taiyuan University of Technologyand to find out the training model which is suitable for local engineering and polytechnic universities. |
