宅基地闲置问题的内在逻辑及其表达路径研究

近年来，快速城镇化背景下的宅基地闲置问题凸显，对宅基地相关问题的研究逐渐成为各领域学者关注的焦点。文章从宅基地权属问题和宅基地闲置根源两方面对宅基地闲置问题形成的内在逻辑进行剖析的基础上，对宅基地闲置问题的外在表达路径从其整理、使用权流转及其模式选择等方面进行研究，并提出一种休闲农业视域下闲置宅基地开发模式的思路，以期进一步拓展闲置宅基地利用的视野。

A Study on the Internal Logic and Its Expression Paths to the Problem of Idle Homestead

In recent years ,the problem of idle homestead has become salient under the background of rapid urbanization ,w hich makes the research on such issue the focus concerned by the scholars in various fields .This paper analyses the internal logic of the formation of idle homestead problem in terms of homestead ow nership and the root of idle homestead ,on the basis of w hich ,this paper researches into the external expression paths to the problem of idle homestead from such aspects as arrangement ,the transfer of the right to use and its mode selection and proposes a model of idle homestead development from the perspective of leisure agriculture in order to further expand the horizon of idle homestead use .
