| 摘 要： | 文章选取GDP增长率、产业结构、劳动报酬占GDP比重,以及GDP能耗和单位工业增加值的＂三废＂排放量为考察指标,依据年统计数据,运用灰色关联分析法,分析这五方面经济增长质量因素在2000-2009十年间与山西省地方财政科技拨款的关联度。结论表明,山西省财政科技拨款与经济增长质量关系紧密,特别是对于GDP增长率的提高和产业结构的高级化。
