| 摘 要： | 技术决定论是伴随对自然和文化的除魅过程逐步建构起来的，至今仍是国内外学界普遍关注的话题。文章首先探讨技术因果论和自由意志问题，由技术的三个方面特性结合自由意志进行分析；其次探讨了技术与社会的关系，由此证明技术的重要性；最后得出：技术与社会正越来越深刻地缠绕在一起，必须全面地、小心翼翼地看待技术与社会的关系问题。

| Abstract: | Technological determinism is gradually constructed with the disenchantment process of nature and culture ,for which so far the academic circle at home and abroad has shown universal concern and haggled .The paper first discusses technological causationism and the problem of free will which is combined with the three features of technology ,then examines the relationship be-tween technology and society to demonstrate the significance of technology ,and finally comes to the conclusion that technology and society are increasingly intertwound ,whose relationship must be treated with great care . |
