| Abstract: | Comparative Linguistics is a new way to study Linguistics. Words are the hasic units of languages, each has own characters of word structure. There are common and different rules amony English-Russian and Chinese ,Which are adding prefix or suffix ,over lapping,variation and substracting prefix or suffix. |
