试论现阶段我国的教育公平问题

教育公平是世界近现代教育民主化进程中一个普遍的原则。随着我国社会主义市场经济的确立 ,教育公平问题也日渐突出。对此 ,应采取如下措施给以改进 :一、加大财政拨款力度 ,确实实行免费的义务教育 ,并对处于社会弱势的地区和人群进行补偿教育 ;二、加大课程改革力度 ,使教育内容与方法适合当地学生的需要 ;三、实施高等教育大众化策略 ;四、改革和完善学校招生与评价制度 ;五、提高教师素质 ,实行校长与教师合理流动制 ;六、实施终身教育战略。

Preliminary Discussion on Fairness in China's Education Access

Fairness in education access is a universal principle in the global education democracy process in modern times. With the establishment of Chinas socialist market economy,the issue of fairness in education access has become more and more prominent. Improvement is to be made by following measures: 1. more financial support to guarantee actual free compulsory education,and to provide compensatory education to economically feeble population and area;2. increasing the endeavor in curricular reform to meet local students needs in content and method of education;3. implementing the strategy of higher education popularization;4. reforming and perfecting on student recruiting and judging system;5. improving the quality of teaching staff by adopting rational employment system in teachers and administrative staff;and 6. implementing the strategy of life-long education.
