| 摘 要： | 老子的政治思想有其自身的整体性。很少有人将他的政治思想进行系统研究,从而造成了对他政治思想的不少误解。老子的政治思想是以天子—平民的“点—面”结构为核心的政治体系。“小国寡民”是当时的社会历史条件下的政治设计,实际上是要建立一种“大社会,小政府”的国民自治体系。通过对此政治体系结构的阐述,对其运行机制及其对中国古代政治发展的一系列影响的分析,可以在新的视角下对老子的政治思想做到尽量正确而全面的评价。

| Abstract: | There is integrity in Lao Tsus political thoughts. However, there are many misunderstandings on his political thoughts as few people have ever made systematic studies on them. Lao Tsus political thoughts contain the construction of "emperor-subjects" of "spot-surface". Lao Tsus design of "small state with less people" reflects the situation of his age. He wanted to build a self-governing system of "big society, small government". By expounding this political system and by analyzing the mechanism and its influence on the political development of ancient China, it is possible to make as comprehensive and as objective a comment as possible in the new point of view. |
