| 摘 要： | 高等院校都应有一个重要的战略思考，那就是学校的定位问题。高职院校应当如何定位呢？考虑到学校的教育类型、社会价值、服务功能、培养模式和办学特色等因素，定位为“教学培训型高校”。几十年的办学实践充分证明，以质量求生存，以特色谋发展，“教学培训型”的准确定位，是高职院校可持续发展的根本保障。
