| 摘 要： | 产业投资基金是当今资本市场上一种新型的投资理财工具。由于产业投资基金所支持的对象是未上市企业，不仅具有高风险性，而且是一种权利义务高度不对称的投资活动。从法律上切实保护产业投资基金的权益便显得格外重要，只有建立健全完善的产业投资基金法律体系，才能切实保护产业投资基金各方参与者的权益。本文通过对我国产业投资基金法律体系的现状及存在问题的分析，提出了建立健全我国产业投资基金法律体系的若干建议。

| Abstract: | Industrial investment fund is a new investment and financial tool in the current capital market. As its supportive target as non - listed enterprise, the fund proved not merely a high risk, yet also an asymmetrical investment of obligation. Therefore, a legally conservation of industrial investment turned out extremely critical. Only establishing sound and improved industrial investment legal system, could participants＇ right of fund investment. With the analysis on the current status of China＇s industrial investment fund law system and problems in existence, the essay proposed suggestions as to establishing China＇ s sophisticated industrial fund investment system. |
