摘    要:教学公平是当代教育中的一个突出问题。教学公平是当前教育研究中的一个热点。教学公平是教育公平在微观教育层面的具体体现,是教学平等和教学效率的统一。教学公平对于教育的发展具有重要的意义。为了实现教学公平,应坚持平等原则、差异原则、补偿原则和发展性原则。实现教学公平应采取的策略有:树立正确观念,分析学生的个别差异与坚持因材施教,完善教学组织形式,科学合理地进行评价,建立民主平等的师生关系。

Abstract:Teaching justice is the prominent problem in contemporary education, a Doom m eoucation research, a concrete embodiment on the micro layer of education of educational justice and a unification of justice and teaching efficiency, proves significance for the development of education. To realize teaching justice, principles of justice, deviation, complement, and development should be insisted in the process. Strategies involving realizing teaching justice including: establishing correct concept, analyzing students' individual deviation and consolidating teaching in accordance with students' condition, improving teaching forms, appraising scientifically and rationally and establishing democratic and equivalent student - teacher relationship.
