| 摘 要： | 在国际金融混业经营的潮流冲击下 ,国内金融业关于混业经营的呼声日益高涨 ,而金融控股公司是金融业混业经营的一种较好模式 ,由于其本身坚持“集团混业 ,法人分业”的方针 ,所以它既能实现混业经营的效率性 ,又能实现分业经营的安全性 ,是我国由分业经营走向混业经营的最佳选择。
