| 摘 要： | MPA教育在我国是一项全新的学位教育。虽出现时间不长 ,但却肩负着改善我国现有公务员的素质状况以适应WTO规则的重担。文章从MPA教育的定位、办学模式及课程的设置三个维度 ,与国外MPA教育发展历史较悠久的国家进行了比较 ,其目的是在试办MPA教育阶段给我们提供一些启示

| Abstract: | MPA education is a brand-new degree education in our country. It has a short history, but undertakes improving the present qualities of civilians to meet WTO rules. This paper compares with the foreign countries of a long MPA education from three dimensions-the orientation of MPA, teaching pattern and course arrangement. Its aim is to offer us the enlightenment in MPA education. |
