| 摘 要： | 传统的跨国公司模型研究一般把跨国公司作为垄断力量来进行分析.文章以自由竞争理论和自由贸易理论模型为基础,结合新经济时代国际市场和技术发展趋势,认为经济全球化中的跨国公司行为仍反映了资本自由化的本质:厂商以追求利益最大化为原动力,将不断打破资本的国别界限,在经济全球化过程中代表了经济自由化的力量,是自由贸易理论基本模型的实化.

| Abstract: | The traditional theory of the model of the TNCs tends to analyze the TNCs in terms of the powers of monopoly. Based on the theory of free competition and the model of the free trade theory, and combined with the international market and the trend of technology development in new economy era, this paper argues that the business activities of the TNCs in globalized economy still reflect the nature of capital liberalization: the enterprises'original motivation comes from the pursuit of maximum profit. The TNCs, free of the restriction of boundary in capital, are the representatives of the power of economic liberalization in the globalized economy and also are the substantialization of basic models of free trade theory. |
