和平的崛起与我国的南海政策

南沙群岛自古以来就是我国的领土 ,但近年来东南亚邻国却频频染指这片海域。为了全局的利益 ,综合考量了经济、军事以及外交的多方因素 ,我国在南沙问题上始终坚持务实的外交方针 ,以“睦邻、富邻、安邻”为出发点 ,坚持“主权在我 ,搁置争议 ,共同开发”的原则 ,以期在“和平的崛起”的框架下找寻妥善解决南海问题的办法。

Rise in Peace and China's Policy for the South China Sea Islands

From the ancient times, China has had sovereignty over the South China Sea Islands, though, in recent years the neighbouring Southeastern countries frequently invaded this waters. For purpose of economy, military strategy and diplomacy, our government has been dealing pragmatically with the problem of the South China Sea Islands. In order to develop good relations with the neighbors, China holds the principles of securing sovereignty, laying aside differences and co-exploring this area, searching for a solution for this dispute.
