| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是中国共产党在社会主义建设新时期,在对全球化发展理论积极借鉴的基础上提出的一项高瞻远瞩而又切合国情的发展方式。早在1979年,法国经济学和社会学家佩鲁提出了"新发展观",强调社会的全面发展,尤其重视人的发展。两者相比,有许多相似之处。而作为指导我国发展实践的科学发展观,毫无疑问具有更强的现实意义,是对"新发展观"的一种扬弃。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is our party in the new period of socialist construction and meet the conditions of a far-sighted approach to development.As early as 1979,the France economic and sociologist Peiluchi supplied the"new concept of development" and emphasized that the comprehensive development of society,with particular emphasis on human development.When comparing the two,there are many similarities.And as our guide,the development of the concept of scientific development,there is no doubt have a stronger practical significance,the "new concept of development" of a discard. |
