| 摘 要： | 人文社会科学研究是高校科学研究的重要组成部分。人文社会科学研究具有研究价值的内隐性、研究方法的主观性和评价方式的复杂性等三大特点。影响地方本科院校人文社会科学研究管理效能提高的问题,包括管理理念有待创新、评价体系有待完善、激励机制有待加强等几个主要方面。为了提升人文社会科学研究的管理效能,地方本科院校应该以革新管理理念为先导,优化管理方式;以完善激励机制为手段,充分调动人文社会科学教师的科研积极性;以评价体系的完善为杠杆,着重提高成果质量。
