| 摘 要： | 2008年由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机后,正强化社会已有矛盾、激活社会潜在矛盾、滋生社会新的矛盾。文章提出发挥运用＂粘合剂＂功能,引导第三部门并通过第三部门帮助党和政府多做稳人心、得人心、暖人心、聚人心的好事实事;推动第三部门并通过第三部门勇于面对危机后新的挑战,推动中国经济稳健发展。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis triggered by the U.S.sub-prime crisis in 2008 intensifies the existing social contradictions,activates the potential social contradictions,and brings forth new social contradictions.The paper discusses how to promote China＇s steady economic development by helping the Party and the government reassure and warm people by means of ＂glue＂ function and through the third sector. |
