| Abstract: | Based on a discussion of the origin,connotation,characteristics and hierarchical structure of a knowledge-based city and taking Melbourne as a sample,this paper analyzes the knowledge-based urban development strategy and summarizes its practical experiences in order to explore the development path and mechanism of a knowledge-based city and provide some insights and valuable references for similar cities in China. |
