| 摘 要： | 作为一种新的产业发展范式，制造业和服务业的产业融合对于正面临着严重资源和环境约束、亟待实现经济增长方式转变的“中国制造”提供了一种较好的发展范式。在对制造业和服务业融合内涵界定的基础上，指出服务业与制造业的产业融合主要表现为制造业的服务化。通过对两者融合过程中的价值链分析，认为融合是两大产业全部价值活动的有效组合及通过对这些价值活动所涉及的全体利益方进行优化整合而实现的有效制度安排集合的总和。在此基础上，将制造业和服务业之间的产业融合方式分为价值链纵向延伸、价值链横向拓展、价值链活动虚拟及价值网式融合四种类型，并对不同融合方式的实现机制展开了分析。
