| Abstract: | Proceeding from the inconsistencies between efficiency and equitableness,utilitarianism and dedication,ability and ardor,ideal and reality,fluxion and stabilization,bigotry and compromise,the article probes into the complicacy of the construction of student cadres team of the Communist Youth League and the Student Union in colleges and universities,and then advances some advices as how to strengthen the construction. |
