School organization culture is not only a kind of culture existing in school but also a kind of school management thought,whose structure can be divided into three levels: facial level,middle level and deep level.Among them,deep level culture is the core of school organization culture.School organization culture exerts a subtle influence on school management by way of culture.Thus it has such particular function that stuff management can't obtain as cohesion,direction,restriction and adaptation.
