技术进步与行业边界模糊——企业战略反应与政府相关政策

以通信技术和计算机技术为代表的技术进步导致了行业间的互相渗透、融合和行业边界的模糊。在这种趋势下,企业界的主要战略反应为:延伸产品和服务、相关多元化经营、战略联盟等。笔者在分析了西方发达国家的政府和企业在应对边界模糊的趋势中所取得的一系列经验和教训,提出了我国产业政策调整的建议。

Technological Advancement and the Blur of Industrial Borderlines: Strategic Reactions of Corporation and Meanings of Governmental Policies

The technological advancement,represented by the communication technology and computer technology,leads to infiltration and convergence between different industries and the blur of industrial borderlines.Among the complex background and causes,the development of information technology,the application of internet,intercross between different industries,and economics of network are the three main causes.In this trend,the main strategic reactions of the corporations include: extension of product and service,relative multi-operation,and strategic alliance.This paper brings forward some suggestions to China's industrial policies by the analysis of a series of experiences of enterprises and governments when confronted with the trend of the blur of industrial borderlines.
