| 摘 要： | 经济法的调整对象是经济法学的核心问题，经济法调整对象的范围是其中分歧较大的问题之一。该文首先界定了确立经济法调整对象范围的标准，然后对争议较大的有关市场主体、市场运行和社会保障等领域的法律调整问题进行探讨，并对相应的经济法调整范围作出界定。
