中国的关系格局是一种差序格局,中国私营企业家的行为是关系导向的,家族价值观决定了企业家行为选择的基本方向。中国私营企业家具体的关系运作模式是一种渗透模式:以己为中心,通过血缘关系、亲缘关系、地缘关系不断地向外延伸来扩展自己的关系网络。中国私营企业家进行企业内、企业间、企业与政府三种方式的关系运作,会不断地打破私营企业发展过程中面临的政策壁垒与市场壁垒的双重压力,结果,私营企业组织形式也发生了相应的演变。

The structure of Guanxi(relationship) in China is reflected as a structure of grade.The behaviors of Chinese private enterprises are Guanxi-orientated and the basic direction for the choice of those behaviors is determined by the family values and beliefs.On the one hand,the specific behaviors of operation of Guanxi are restricted by the structure of grade.On the other hand,these behaviors still depend on the structure of grade to expand their connection network by adopting penetration mode.Thus they break the dual pressures from policies and market barriers private enterprises face in the process of development.As a result,the organizational framework also evolved correspondingly.
