| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的宪法是以人为本,积极保障人的权利和自由的宪法。它不仅是人道的,更是科学的。为了理解和保持这种宪法的科学性,有必要以经济分析手段解读宪法。经济分析表明,建设和谐社会不仅需要制定和遵守宪法,更需要考虑各种约束条件,在具体条件下妥当地理解和实施宪法。

| Abstract: | constitutional law for a harmonious socialist society is human-oriented because of its guarantee of fundamental human rights. it is both scientific and humanistic. an economic analysis of constitutional law can make people better understand its scientific attributes. economic analyses suggest that various constraints due to limited resource be considered carefully when the existing constitutional law is implemented. |
