人力资本交易与国有企业的契约关系

摘    要:人力资本产权的私有性导致了其使用的交易性,因而企业不能消除人力资本交易。企业不能替代市场的根本原因在于其内部存在着人力资本交易费用。企业和市场的均衡主要是企业里人力资本交易费用和市场上物质资本交易费用的均衡。人力资本和物质资本之间是一种交易性的契约关系,市场规制可能使其更有效率。国有企业当前面临的基本矛盾之一就是人力资本契约关系的非市场化,这一问题将成为下一步改革的关键。

Abstract:The firm cannot eliminate the transaction of human capital because the nature of private ownership of human capital results in its transactional character. The basic reason why the firm cannot substitute for the market is that there exists the transaction of human capital inside it. The equilibrium between the firm and the market is the equilibrium between the transactional costs of the human capital inside the firm and the material capital in the market. There is a transaction relationship between the human capital and the material capital, and market governance seems to be more effective to it. Now, for the state owned enterprises, the fundamental problem is that the relationship is not of tradability, which will be the key point to the further reform of state owned enterprises.
