| 摘 要： | 针对理论界和实践中对泛珠三角区域合作的法律性质和法律基础认识上存在的模糊和分歧,作者从国际法和国内法的角度阐述了泛珠三角区域合作符合并基于WTO协议规则,基于中国区域合作战略和CEPA协议,并明确阐明泛珠三角区域合作是CEPA协议的延伸和具体落实。文章还分析了泛珠三角区域合作与CEPA法律地位上的差别和特点。

| Abstract: | With regard to the divergence of the law character and legal basis of the pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation in theory and practice, this paper maintains that the pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation is in accordance with WTO agreement regulations whether from the perspectives of international law or of the domestic law. It expounds that the pan-Pearl River delta regional cooperation enhance CEPA agreement's enforcement, and analyzes the characteristics of and differences between the pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation and CEPA legal status according to WTO agreement regulations and Chinese regional cooperation strategy. |
