农业结构调整中的耕地保护问题研究

农业产业化是农村经济发展的必由之路。各地在推进农业产业化的过程中都进行了一些有益的探索。本文对一个农业产业化由兴到衰的发展过程进行了反思，认为要确保农业产业化得到积极地、持续地发展，必须建立和建全利益机制，真正使龙头企业和农户形成一个“风险共担、利益均沾”的利益共同体，并就健全机制提出了自己的看法和建议。

On the Protection of Chinese Cultivated Land in the Adjustment of the Agricultural Production Structure

Industrial management which has been put in practice across the country with some valuable experience is the only way to develop rural economy. In this paper, the author gives a deep thinking of the rise and fall of industrial management of agriculture and concludes that a sound and sustainable development of it demands the establishment and perfection of an interest mechanism and the formation of common interest group between major enterprises and rural households which share risks and profits the author also gives his advice and suggestions of how to perfect the interest mechanism.
