大学英语教学中教师角色定位的重新思考

鉴于目前大学英语教师的角色困惑，文章旨在重新讨论大学英语教学改革中教师的角色定位问题。文章阐述了大学英语教学中“以教师为主导”的教学理念的历史性和现实性。并探讨了在培养学生自主学习能力的过程中，在以学生为中心，基于计算机、多媒体、网络的英语教学模式中教师的主导作用及其多重角色。

Reflections on the Teacher's Role in College English Teaching

In view of the role confusion of today's college English teachers, this paper discusses again the role orientation of the teachers. It points out the necessity of the "Teacher-Guided" teaching in both history and today in China and puts forth some proposals on the teachers' multiple roles in their guidance in cultivating students'ability of autonomous learning ,carrying out student-centered curricula and schooling practice based on computer, multi-media and internet teaching.
