| 摘 要： | 循环经济是以人类可持续发展为目的、以资源的循环利用和环境保护为物质基础,高效协调生产者、消费者和分解者的经济形态.发展循环经济是人们经济观念的重大变革,其中包含着环境哲学的思想:自然是有价值的.循环经济倡导循环生产和节约型消费,它是构建资源节约型社会的关键.

| Abstract: | In light of the significant strategy put forward in the 5th plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC,this paper bases the analysis of the achievements and deficiency in the construction of new socialist countryside on a case study of Hefei City in Anhui Province in the way of fieldwork.Besides,countermeasures are proposed in view of the deficiency through carefully analytical study. |
