| 摘 要： | 魏晋南北朝志怪小说中，人鬼恋故事占有相当比重。此时，风行的道教对志怪小说中的人鬼恋故事产生了重要影响。人鬼恋故事的形成及丰富多彩的内容和情节设置都受到道教思想的影响，开拓了人鬼恋小说的题材领域，人鬼恋故事也因此具有很高的思想价值和艺术价值。

| Abstract: | The novels recording strange and supernatural events of Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties occupied an important status of literature of that time. In these novels,human-and-ghost stories held a quite great proportion. Taoism had an important influence on the human-and-ghost love stories in the novels recording strange and supernatural events.
