转型期资源型县域的产业结构调整——基于典型资源县域繁昌县的分析

以典型资源型县域繁昌县为例，基于相关经济统计数据，利用塞尔奎因和钱纳里模型与GBC测度对其产业结构状况进行了评价，分析了资源型县域产业结构所存在的问题，结合转型期的发展机遇，认为当前以繁昌县为代表的资源型县域进行产业结构调整时应当采取科技兴农，通过招商引资优化升级产业结构，加速核心技术产业化、高新技术产业化，培育产业集群和构建优势产业链，加快发展第三产业。提升现代服务业的竞争力。这些策略对其他资源型县域进行产业结构调整有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

Industrial Restructuring of Resource-based Counties in the Economic Transition Period -- A Research Based on the Analysis of Fanchang County in Anhui Province

Taking the resource-based county Fanchang in Anhui Province as an example, this article evaluates the status of economic structure of rescource-based counties through the H. B. Chenery ＆ M. Syrquin model and GBC measurement based on economic statistics. Combined with opportunities for development in transformation course, this article holds that the resource-based counties should develop agriculture through science and technology, optimize and upgrade the internal structure of the industry through inviting investments, accelerate the industrialization of core technologies and high technologies, foster industrial clusters and build the excellent industrial chain, and accelerate the development of third industry to enhance the competitiveness of modem service industry. The thoughts on the adjustment of industrial structure in Fanchang during the transition process can also be used for reference by other resource-based counties.
