基于住房保障面不断扩大背景下的农民工住房问题研究

随着我国工业化、城市化的加速,农村转移劳动力形成了城市农民工这一特殊的群体。但由于多方面的原因,全国各个城市普遍存在着农民工生活居住条件差,居住条件改善缓慢,也没有把低收入农民工住房全部纳入城市保障性住房的保障范围。解决农民工住房问题需要强化各级政府在解决中低收入农民工家庭住房问题的主导作用,通过完善制度,把低收入农民工家庭纳入住房保障的范围,让农民工享受到基本的社会保障和城市公共服务。

On the Housing Problems of Migrant Workers under the Background of Housing Security Being Continuously Expanding

With China’s accelerating industrialization and urbanization,the rural labor force forms a special group—migrant workers.However,for various reasons,the migrant workers’ living conditions remain poor and the improvement has been slow.The housing of migrant workers has not been taken into the urban coverage of affordable housing.In order to solve the housing problems of migrant workers,we need to strengthen the leading role of all levels of government.Through the improvement of the system,the low-income families of migrant workers can be introduced into the range of housing support,and can also enjoy basic social security and urban public services.
