基于徽商精神视阈下的高校大学生创业品质塑造

优秀的创业品质是大学生创业成功的重要因素。从徽商精神出发,深入探讨古代徽商商业精神的文化价值和精神内涵,将徽商的"爱国、进取、诚信、开拓、和谐"的精神融入到高校大学生创业意识的培养中,针对当前大学生创业中存在的问题,通过课堂教育为基础、学生活动为载体、创业实践园为平台、加强校园文化建设等途径提高大学生创业品质的塑造。

On Training Entrepreneurial Quality in College Students in the Spirit of Hui Merchants

Outstanding entrepreneurial quality is an important factor for the potential success of college students.After an analysis of the cultural value and spiritual connotation of Hui Merchants’ spirit,the paper argues that it is good for college students to infuse patriotism,endeavor,honesty,pioneering,and harmony,which are characteristic of Hui Merchant’s spirit,into the training of their entrepreneurial quality.In view of the current problems college students face in their business undertaking,the paper puts forward some measures to improve their entrepreneurship,which combine classroom education,extracurricular activities,entrepreneurial practice and construction of campus culture together.
