| 摘 要： | 本文立足高校校报作为校园中发行量（覆盖面）最大的媒介的现实，借鉴大众传播议程设置理论的成果，对高校校报在育人中的作用进行了新的探索。文章指出，利用议程设置的方式进行有效的舆论引导，校报可以在锻造大学生的思想政治素质、提升人文素养与引导正确的网络舆论等方面发挥积极有效的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that the university's newspaper is the most influential one among the media released on the campus, the article takes advantage of the theory of agenda arrangement to discuss the functions of cultivating college students by university newspaper. As is said in this article, the university newspaper can play a more efficient role in strengthening the college students' ideological and political qualities, promoting humanistic accomplishment and guiding public opinions on the Internet by applying the theory of agenda arrangement. |
