公共空间培育助推乡村治理体系建设的路径探索——以安徽省濉溪县临涣茶楼“和谐茶室”为例

广大农村地区是涵育中华优秀传统文化的根据地,乡村治理体系建设是新时代国家治理现代化、乡村振兴战略的重要条件。受传统宗族观念、家国情怀和邻里互助文化影响,乡村社会中公共空间普遍存在。在基层社会构建公共空间、培育场所精神,需借助物质空间、精神空间、社会空间的有机融合,加快乡村治理政策的落实。公共空间培育能够化解当地居民生产生活实践中的纠纷和难题,助推乡村治理体系建设,更好地服务于乡村振兴战略,促进和谐社会的建设与发展。

Public Space Construction and Its Boost to Rural Governance System:Taking Linhuan Teahouse's"Harmonious Tearoom"of Anhui Suixi County as an Example

The vast rural areas are the bases for the cultivation of excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the construction of rural governance system is an important condition for the national governance modernization and rural revitalization in the New Era.Influenced by the traditional clan consciousness,the family and country thought,and the solidarity and mutual assistance culture,public space is ubiquitous in rural society.To construct the public space and cultivate the place spirit in rural society requires the organic integration of material space,spiritual space and social space,and calls for the acceleration of implementing rural governance policies.The construction of public space can resolve disputes and problems in local residents’life and production,boost the construction of rural governance system,better serve the rural revitalization strategy,and promote the construction and development of a harmonious society.
