乡村振兴视域下的农村文化礼堂:耦合逻辑与价值输出

乡村振兴战略是新时代解决“三农”问题的新方案和乡村建设的总方针,农村文化礼堂则是乡村振兴的一个载体。乡村振兴视阈下,农村文化礼堂的文化价值、政治价值、社会价值分别与“乡风文明”“治理有效”“生活富裕”三大目标发生不同程度的耦合。然而受到不同制约因素的影响,农村文化礼堂的多维价值输出正面临不同程度的考验。为此,要通过确立实效性与创收性结合的建设运行理念、完善引导性与多元化结合的参与主体结构、构建广泛性与全面性兼备的主体教育机制、打造借鉴性与创新性互补的活动开展模式、建立规范化与多样化兼备的成效考评机制等措施促进农村文化礼堂价值有效输出。

On the Rural Cultural Auditorium from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Coupling Logic and Value Output

The rural revitalization is a new scheme to solve the“Three Rural”issues and a general guideline for rural construction in the New Era,and rural cultural auditorium is a carrier of rural revitalization.From the perspective of rural revitalization,it can be found that there is a coupling effect of varying degrees between the auditorium’s cultural value and local custom,between its political value and effective rural governance,between its social value and local people’s well-off life.Under the influence of different restriction factors,however,the multi-dimensional value output of rural cultural auditorium is facing different challenges.It is necessary to adopt a variety of measures to promote the effective value output of the auditorium,such as to establish a construction and operation concept combining effectiveness with income generation,perfect the guiding and pluralistic subject structure,construct an extensive and comprehensive mechanism of subject education,create referenceable and innovative activity modes,and set up standardized and diversified mechanisms for performance evaluation.
