| 摘 要： | 影视文化中的消极因素是当代青少年犯罪的一个重要原因.影视文化中的消极因素影响了当代青少年的世界观、人生观、价值观、政治观和道德观.要有效预防和控制当代青少年犯罪就必须消除影视文化的"负面效应".大力弘扬时代的主旋律,严格加强文化市场的管理,科学制定<影视文化法>,积极加强影视文化的评论,努力形成"合力效应".

| Abstract: | The negative factors of the movie an d video culture are the main cause for the juvenile delinquency in modern t ime.The negative factors of the culture h ave exerted a bad influence over the y oungsters' outlook of world,life,value,politics and morals.To prevent and c ontrol the juvenile delinquency now adays,on the one hand,the negative f actors of the culture should be extirpated.On the other hand we should grand the main chord of modem times,strengthen the supervision of the cultural mark et,enact the law of the movie and videos culture scientifically,reinforce the work of evaluation of movies and videos,in order to achiere an effect of pool efforts. |
