| Abstract: | In Chinese the kinship addressing terms are rather complicated compared with those in English. That owes to two different cultures and societies. When we do translation work from Chinese into English, we should pay attention to that. This article gives some good examples and suggestions on translating Chinese kinship addressing terms into English. |
