A Discussion on the Unique Position of Citizenization of Peasant-Workers in China＇s Multidimensional Modernization

The peasant-workers citizenization is the major strategic problem in the process of China＇ s multidimensional modernization. It is helpful to realize the harmonious development between industrialization and urbanization, to promote the upgrade of China＇ s industry structure and the optimization of economic structure and to solve problems concerning the three rural issues, thus accelerating China＇s economic modernization. It is the essential part for realizing socialism political modernization, contributing to promoting enthusiasm of peasant-workers＇ political participation, equal consciousness and enhancement of peasant-workers political participation in organizational level. Both cultural modernization or social modernization are relying on the promotion of people, thus the peasant-workers~ citizenization is also the key step in the modernization process, contributing to the modernization of peasant-workers~ living behavior, the modernization of our county＇s social structure as well as the modernization of peasant-workers~ thinking mode and ideology.
