基本建设审计案例引发的管理思考

随着我国经济的发展,基本建设投资巨大,而在基本建设领域中也存在很多的问题,本文从近来公布的有关审计案例着手,分析基本建设中存在的涉及工程造价的问题以及管理上的缺陷,提出了从加强制度建设,规范管理行为、提高管理人员的素质、加强日常行政监察工作、严格责任追究制度等方面,来改进我们的基本建设管理工作。

Reflections on Auditing Management: A Case Study of Capital Construction

With the development of our country's economy, construction investment has been growing enormously, but there exist lots of problems in this field. By analyzing the relevant auditing cases published recently, the paper points out the problems in construction costs and the defect of the management. It is proposed that the construction management should be improved by reinforcing the system construction, regulating management actions, raising staff qualities, strengthening daily administration supervision, and establishing the system of responsibility.
