我国制造业FDI投资环境的实证分析

通过建立多元回归模型对我国制造业投资环境进行实证分析,发现近年来工资大幅上涨对我国制造业吸收外资存在负面影响,是造成近年来国内劳动密集型制造业外商投资企业"东南飞"以及外资回流母国的主要原因。然而我国拥有完善的工业产业配套设施、交通通讯基础设施,较高的资本贡献率和技术创新能力,总体来说对制造业外资仍然具有很大吸引力,目前出现的制造业外资撤离是低端制造业在国际范围内的结构性布局调整。

An Empirical Analysis of FDI Environment in Manufacturing in China

Through an empirical analysis of investment environment of China＇ s manufacturing by establishing a multivariate regression model, the paper concludes that the big raise of wage has a negative influence for the manufacturing industry absorbing foreign investment, which is the main reason of the ＂flying southeast＂ and back-flow of foreign investment in the domestic labor intensive manufacturing industry. However, having improved industrial facilities, transportation, communications infrastructure, higher capital contribution and the technical innovation ability, stable political environment, China still attracts foreign investment a lot. At present, the divestment is a structural adjustment in low-end manufacturing in the worldwide scope.
