从经济管理角度看当前的外语教育投入结构之调整

目前我国外语教育效率极其低下,而总的教育资源又严重不足。要在总资源不足的情况下提高外语教育效率,就必须对外语教育投入效率进行研究。本文作如下阐述:调整外语教育投入结构,加大中小学阶段的投入;开放高等教育及高等教育以后阶段的外语教育实行外语教育市场化,外语服务行业化。应实事求是地对待学习外语迫切性的问题,处理好外语教育与整体教育的关系。

The Consideration of "Foreign Languages Popular to the Public"

Nowadays in China,there's a problem in education, not only the efficiency of education is very slow,but also education resources are not available. Therefore,we have to research the investment in education firstly before we set about to solve these problems.There are some advice as follows:we should adjust the structure of foreign language education;especially strengthen the investment in primary schools and middle schools.We should increase further foreign language teaching besides advanced education.Foreign languages should come into markets and become a kind of tools.From all above-mentioned analysis,we can know that learning foreign languages are becoming so critical.
