Self-efficacy determines people＇ s choice of behaviors and their persistence and efforts in pursuing the chosen behaviors, and affects people＇ s thinking mode and patterns of emotional response, so it has inestimable value in the control and regulation of individual behaviors. In the course of services for people with intellectual disabilities, service workers＇ self-efficacy is directly related to their acquiring and maintaining of social adaptive behaviors. The success or failure experience of individual＇ s own behavior has the biggest influence on self-efficacy. Due to the particularity of the object, service workers are difficult to obtain successful experience. The lack of success easily leads to the lose of sense of self-efficacy on the part of service workers, thus affecting their attitudes and behaviors to people with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, it has a very important significance in improving service workers＇ self-efficacy.
