| 摘 要： | 农民工作为农民中的"精英",其政治参与水平是衡量我国基层民主政治的一个重要标志.通过对近年来农民工政治参与困境的研究,报告了城乡二元户籍制度的存在、社会对农民工的偏见与歧视、参与机制的不健全、利益代表组织的缺失是导致农民工陷于制度化政治参与"真空化"和非制度化参与扩增的因由,进而提出了通过变革城乡二元户籍制度、积极促进农民工"市民化"、完善政治参与机制、加强组织制度建设来破解农民工政治参与困境的建议.
