中国休闲农业发展现状及其影响因素分析

休闲农业作为一种新型的农业生产经营形态,对其发展状况进行研究具有很大的经济价值和社会效益。经研究发现中国休闲农业发展已经初具规模,具有很大的发展潜力;经营主体在全国范围内的空间分布较为离散,总体呈现＂东部集聚,西北分散＂的分布格局;休闲农业的发展与社会经济发展程度有显著的相关性,地区GDP和职工平均工资与休闲农业从业人数呈负向关系,和休闲农业年营业收入呈正向关系,休闲农业经营主体个数和休闲农业年营业收入和城镇居民数呈正向关系,和公路里程数呈负向关系。建议提高经济发展水平,重点增加城镇居民收入,继续完善休闲农业相关基础设施建设。

The Status Quo of Chinese Leisure Agriculture and the Influencing Factors for Its Development

Leisure agriculture is a new form of agricultural production which has great economic value and social benefits.The study shows that the development of Chinese leisure agriculture, with great development potential,has already taken shape;the distribution of the business entities across the nation is rather discrete,with those in East China aggregating while those in the Northwest dispersing;the development of leisure agriculture and socio-economic development has significant correlation,with regional GDP and average wage of staff having negative correlation with the number of practitioners in leisure agriculture but having positive relationship with the annual revenues of leisure agriculture;and the number of business entities and annual revenues of leisure agriculture has a positive relationship with the number of urban residents while having a negative relationship with the mileage of highway.It is proposed to increase the level of economic development,focusing on increasing income of urban residents,and continue to improve the leisure agriculture-related infrastructure.
