| 摘 要： | 通过对反倾销判定标准存在缺陷的原因分析，提出了修订反倾销规则判定标准的几点建议，并指出用福利标准修订反倾销规则判定标准，在反倾销实践中，应该以进口国的福利为标准，参考对综合福利效应的影响。这是反倾销规则改革的方向。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the flaws in "determination criterion"of antidumping,the paper proposes some suggestions for its amending and points out that it is beneficial to introduce welfare criterion in reforming antidumping code. In anti- dumping practice,the paper holds that the welfare of the importing country should be used as the standard reference,meanwhile the comprehensive welfare effects beingtaken intoconsideration. |
