| 摘 要： | 银企相互持股是社会经济发展的产物,但为我国商业银行法所禁止。本文从经济学、法理学的角度对其合理性作浅显探析。并在此基础上,对银企相互持股中应注意的几个问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The mutual holding between bank and enterprise is the outcome of socially economic development, but it is prohibited in the Commercial Banking Law in Chin a. The thesis simply probes into the rationality of the combination between bank and enterprise from economical and legal angle. Based on this, the thesis puts forward some proposals that we should pay attention to several problems in the c ourse of the mutual holding between bank and enterprise. |
